Getting Ready Begins
Hair and makeup start. Photographer arrives to capture detail shots rings, dress, invitations, perfume. Content creator begins wedding party coverage.

Bride & Groom Ready
Both should be fully ready by this time. Build in a 30 minute buffer here it almost always gets used. This is also when any emotional parent moments happen naturally.

First Look HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
A private first look gives you the most authentic reaction, reduces ceremony nerves, and opens up more portrait time. Both videographer and photographer position before you arrive.

Wedding Party Portraits
Bridesmaids, groomsmen, full wedding party. Plan 45 to 60 minutes. Having everyone present and ready is the single biggest time factor here.

Golden Hour Portraits DO NOT SKIP
The one hour before sunset produces the most beautiful natural light of the entire day. Plan 20 to 30 minutes here. These are usually the most stunning images in the entire gallery.

Reception Begins
Grand entrance, first dance, parent dances, speeches and toasts, dinner, open dancing. For speeches coordinate with your DJ or MC to ensure mics are ready and audio is clean for the film.

Cake Cutting & Send Off
Cake cutting, final dances, and the send off. If you are doing sparklers or confetti, coordinate with your planner so everyone is lined up and ready before the couple exits.
